How it works
Record, read, fill.
Three steps inside one case. Nothing to copy from one program into another.
01
Record
Press record and speak the way you would to a colleague. You can also upload a recording made on your phone.
02
Read
The Armenian text comes back into the same case, already punctuated. Fix any word right there, with the recording one click away.
03
Fill
Attach your clinic’s form and fill it from the case. Check each field, change what you want and download it.
The case
Tomorrow, open the case and hear exactly what was said.
Each patient visit is one case. Every recording you make for it, the text that came back and the form you filled stay together, in order. A dictation tool types into whatever window is open and the audio is gone. A case keeps it.
The recording stays with the text
Play back what you said right next to what was written.
Correct it in place
Fix any word right in the text. The case shows that it was edited.
Add to it later
Record again an hour later and it joins the same case.
Every case is easy to find
Each case has a short ID and a title. The list keeps them by day.
The words are yours. We write them down and put them in your form.
Form filling
Early accessUpload your clinic’s form. It gets filled from what you said.
Attach the form your clinic already uses, as a Word document or a PDF. After you dictate, its fields are filled from what you said in the case.

For clinics and hospitals
Set it up in your own clinic.
Each clinic is set up on its own forms and tested on its own recordings.
An account for each doctor
Each doctor signs in with their own account and sees only their own cases.
API access
API keys for clinics that want to send recordings from their own systems and get the text back.
Set up on your forms
Before your doctors start, we set up the forms they use most and test them on your own recordings.
There is no public price yet. Early access for clinics starts with a conversation.
Talk to us about early accessQuestions
Common questions.
How accurate is it?
We do not publish an accuracy figure yet. A number measured on other people’s recordings says little about yours, so try it with your own voice, your own terms and your own cases. Every transcript is editable and the recording is always one click away.
Do I have to say commas and full stops out loud?
No. Punctuation comes from how you speak. You dictate and the text comes back punctuated.
Does it know medical terms and drug names?
It is built for clinical Armenian. Everyday clinical language is what it expects. A rare term or a drug’s brand name can still come out wrong, which is why every word stays editable and the recording sits right above the text.
How much does it cost?
There is no public price yet. Clinics start with early access. We agree terms with each one before anything is charged. Write to us to get started.
What do I need to use it?
A computer, tablet or phone with a microphone and an internet connection. There is nothing to install: you sign in and record.
Which forms can it fill?
Your clinic’s own forms, as a Word document or a PDF. Form filling is in early access, so send us the forms you use most and we will check them before you start.
Can I dictate in Russian?
Not as a separate language yet. Armenian comes first, then Georgian and Kazakh. Many doctors mix Russian or Latin terms into Armenian speech. Tell us how you dictate and we will test it on your own recordings.
Try it on your next case.
Request access, record a case and read the text. If you run a clinic, we will set it up on your forms with you.
